This document describes how this website manages the personal data of users who visit it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 101/2018 (“Italian Privacy Code”).

2. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
The Data Controller has not deemed it necessary to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, as the legal requirements for such an appointment do not apply.
3. Types of data collected
Through the voluntary completion of the contact forms (“Contact” and “Book a site survey”), the website collects the following categories of personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Company, job title and industry sector (“Book a site survey” form)
- Content of any message freely entered by the user
In addition, during normal browsing, aggregated usage data is collected through Google Analytics 4, as described in the Cookie Policy.

5. Methods of processing
Personal data is processed using IT and electronic tools, according to procedures strictly related to the purposes indicated above, and in any event in such a way as to ensure its security and confidentiality through the adoption of appropriate technical and organisational measures.
6. Data retention period
Data collected through the contact forms is retained for the time necessary to process the request and, where a business relationship is established, for the period required by contractual and tax obligations, generally 10 years. Data collected through Google Analytics is retained for a maximum period of 14 months.
7. Disclosure and transfer of data
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties providing services that are instrumental to the purposes described above, such as hosting, email delivery and statistical analysis services. Where required, such parties are appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR. The website is hosted by Register.it. Where the tools used, such as Google services, involve the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards provided for under Articles 44–49 of the GDPR.
8. Rights of the data subject
Users may exercise at any time the rights provided for under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
Requests should be sent to info@prexor.com. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali – www.garanteprivacy.it).
9. Nature of providing personal data
Providing personal data through the contact forms is optional. However, failure to provide the required data will make it impossible to process the request submitted by the user.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time by informing users of such changes through this page.
