Thanks to a testing laboratory agreed with the company, it is possible to test the samples of mud and waste water of the customer to understand the degree of filterability of the material and the range of chemical products to be used to obtain the best performance from the customer.

The instrumentation of the laboratory allows to measure various key parameters to be able to size the system in the most correct way and according to customer needs. The most commonly verified parameters for water treatment are the following:

PH values
presence of oils
metals
chlorides
solid, etc.

For the sludge, the specific weights and the residual moisture level remaining in the dehydrated sludge occur.

FILTRATION TEST KIT
Prexor snc, through a special kit for water filtration, is able to directly examine the type of wastewater and the degree of filterability of the sludge on the field. In this way, the company is able to provide the customer with a real-time response on the best technical solution to be adopted.
